I feel incredibly grateful that the cleanse continues to create positive, life changing results for my clients. In this process I have learned there is more I can do to help. You have shared your pain… you need greater support to stay on track and eat clean.
You start off with a bang, committed to your health goals and making self honoring choices. And then – Life takes over, work and obligations trump, social pressure sets in, and soon your dedication falls to the wayside. Goals become irrelevant and you become the last priority on the list. It is with great delight on this new moon that I share the launch ofNykki’s Cleanse Club, my new club dedicated to provide you with the added support, motivation, and inspiration you need to stay on track with your health goals! The answer has arrived!

Every month we will come together for a 3 Day Full Moon Cleanse Ritual dedicated to eating 100% clean. I will provide a 3 day menu including a food and shopping list. We will let go of the sugar and other slow poisons that are harming our body and the toxic thoughts and emotions that are hindering our potential. We will come together online for a purification ritual the evening of the full moon, and set our intentions to let go of everything not serving our vessel. We will then open up to receive the love and healing that is our divine nature.
Finally, there is a private facebook group for added support and community. Let’s face it, most people are not committed to a clean lifestyle. We need each other!
