Meat Myth #3 – BUSTED

Meat Myth #3 – BUSTED

Meat Myth #3 – BUSTED 150 150 nykkihardin

Today, we wrap up the grand finale on meat myths. In our first week, we busted the idea that you need meat in order to get sufficient protein.

Last week, we addressed the fear of being hungry and not having anything to eat.

This week, I want to bust another meat myth that comes my way ALL the time!

Meat Myth #3, “If I do Nykki’s 21 Cleanse, I have to change to a vegan diet forever.”

ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY UNTRUE!

I do not ask this, and neither does my 21 Cleanse.

I have many mottos in life, and one of them is “Meet people where they are.” (No pun intended.)

I do not believe that there is a “one size fits all” when it comes to diet. And in fact, I have people from all walks of life and with varying goals and lifestyles go thru this program all the time.

Some do the cleanse because they want to kickstart a new lifestyle and let go of many of the not-so-great choices they are currently making. They recognize that this is an awesome opportunity to hit the reset button, to get a jumpstart not only in their health but in their nutrition choices as well.

It sets them on a path for a new way of being.

And then I have meat eaters that are dedicated meat eaters, and they simply know that when their body is in need of a little TLC, the best thing they can do to support their everyday lifestyle choices is to cleanse a few times a year to reverse the damage of those choices.

They like 21 Cleanse because it does not ask them to fast or starve, but instead to take our formulas and products to repair their organs, tissues and cells, and just eat plant based food for awhile.

No matter where you are, or what is right for you long term, this cleanse is a vital component to motivate your body to live at its peak state of existence. It will support you to perform your best, so you can get more accomplished, feel more efficient and creative, and have more time and freedom to do what you love.

You cleanse so your health works for you, not so you work for your health.

There is no ONE WAY.

And by worrying over how you will navigate your food choices before you have even started the cleanse and created more empowering health is simply a way to keep you from doing something that could be really supportive and important for you.

Your ego has you focused on the future, instead of the most important next step. And it also has you in a state of fear about what you are letting go of, instead of living in a state of excitement over all that you will gain.

The best thing you can do is let go of trying to figure everything out. Know you have what it takes to succeed and that empowering health is right at your fingertips.

The only thing 21 Cleanse and I ask, not demand, is that you consider going meat free for 21 days and then, from there, decide how you want to proceed. Let your excuses go and allow yourself the opportunity to transform your body, your mind and your life.

Consider the possibility of opening your heart to yourself and the world. To creating a new way of being such that your experience of yourself and your life shifts, your relationships blossom, your career flies…. Catapult yourself forward into that bigger life that is waiting for you.

What are you waiting for?
