We’re half way thru February (can you believe it?), and right about now it seems a lot of people don’t even remember what their New Year’s Health Resolutions even were.

Does this sound familiar?

Well, not to worry because I’ve got ya covered.  I’ve ben helping people create success and positive results in their health and life for 25 years now, and I’ve learned a few things along the way.  Today I want to share with you the top 4 things I see consistently that stand in between people and their health goals.

Inside the video, I dive deep into 4 specific areas that need to be addressed when it comes to setting yourself up to actually create positive results in your health.

1. Toxins 

You must consider the toxic load of your body and take a proven, strategic approach to remove them from your cells, tissues, and organs.  More and more studies are showing that toxins, chemicals and environmental pollutants are the cause of many of the health challenges people are experiencing.  These toxins are in and on your food, in the air, in your skin and body products, in your shampoos and conditioners, in the water you drink and shower in and more.  They are everywhere and they are unavoidable – BUT you can reduce your intake of them and also get them out of your body.  This is exactly why I created 21 Cleanse – my therapeutic grade, organic herbal cleanse system to help you get these toxins and chemicals out of your body.

2. Bacteria

Gut health is critical!!  If your gut is not functioning, then nothing works.  Why?  Because it is responsible for digestions, assimilation of your nutrients, the creation of hormones and more.  But when you have unhealthy bacteria and yeast living in there and living off your nutrients, they are stealing your food and your life-force.

Add to it that most food has GMOs and what you are eating is actually bacteria and viruses disguised as food, and that this “food” is loaded with Round up and the active ingredient Glyphosate, your gut has its work cut out for it.

The solution is not to run out and buy more probiotics.  NOPE.  This actually makes things worse in my opinion.  The solution is to continually clean out your body using specific herbs and food and then give your body the food and supplements to create healthy bacteria.  Then you have a winning combo.

Repairing the gut takes time.  It is not an overnight situation.  but it is possible – I know because I healed myself of leaky gut.  😉

3. Behavior

Human behavior.  That’s right.  It’s your choices!!

How fascinating is it that you set you goals and then you don’t align your choices so you can actually meet your goals!!  now there is specific ways to do this, and it is a lot of the work I do with my one on one coaching clients and in my group programs.  We align your health goals with your lifestyle goals, and then create a specific strategy to get you from here to there.

You also gotta get really clear in your why – Not Your outcome, but your true CORE DESIRE.

Get clear in your WHY.  Period.

4.  Beliefs

Toxic thoughts and emotions and limiting beliefs will only keep repeating patterns of behavior and not realizing your goals.  You express what you suppress, so you best take a solid look at this and get to work.

I’ve spent the past 2 decades of my life becoming the master of the body, mind and spirit, and this area can be really challenging.

Why?

You cannot SEE thoughts, feelings and emotions.  And you definitely cannot see your beliefs.  But you can become an incredible investigator and get really cozy with these.

And, IT IS UNCOMFORTABLE.  Most people don’t deal with their uncomfortable thoughts and emotions which are the doorway tot he belief system.  Instead of being with them and allowing them, you shove it down with food or numb them with alcohol.

This area is the juicy stuff, and what i LOVE to help my clients get down and dirty with.  It is so possible to turn these “parasites” into healthy, empowering “conversations” and proactive activities that create positive results.
