The liver is our body’s largest organ and has over 500 vital functions – the most important, I believe, is it’s responsibility for cleaning the body. It has to neutralize every toxin, chemical, pollutant, and micro-organism that enters the system.

It wasn’t until working in a metabolic testing lab that I understood just how critical it is for us to FOCUS on the health of our liver as one of the primary foundations of our health.

Among it’s many jobs, the liver also must clean and filter the blood, eliminate metabolic waste (the natural byproduct of your metabolic reactions), and neutralize environmental toxins that are fat soluble, not water soluble.
