In this video I share 3 more mistakes people make when they detox. This way you can set yourself up for success by steering clear of the most common traps people fall into when they “TRY” to detox their body.

Let me guess, you need a reset. You’ve been putting off making healthy food choices, neglecting your self care, medicating with food…

And probably running around with an endless to do list always feeling like there is never enough time in the day to actually do what you WANT to do, let alone MUST do.

You’ve heard about the power of full body detox and are interested in it, but you are confused about what to do, who to trust, and well… you are probably afraid to actually let go of those things you reach for when you feel a little stressed and upset or down.

Detox does not have to be hard. It can actually be enjoyable. This is the feedback I get from my 21 Cleansers ALL THE time!

I remember what it was like when I first started wanting to detox, and all the questions and fears I had. So I am going to clear up a few of the most common mistakes I see people make so you don’t do it too.

Mistake #1: You think a “3 day juice cleanse” or “7 day food cleanse” is a DETOX. Guess again. It’s just eating clean and juicing.

To REALLY detox your body you need strategic herbal supplements that can go into your system, pull out the toxins, and repair the damage. Without herbs and supplements, you aren’t doing a thing.

Mistake #2: You skimp on products. Instead of getting top shelf formulas, you go to Whole Foods and buy something cheap off the shelf. I used to think that I didn’t need to detox with supplements because I was eating clean and exercising, and then I did a REAL detox with herbs and the right food and strategic timing of it all, and I was sold on the life changing benefits..

The last big mistake (Mistake #3) I see is people taking products and supplements, but not changing their eating habits. The choices you make every single day have an accumulative impact on your body, so it’s very important to change your behavior patterns in order to facilitate the detox process.

You’ve GOT to do what you can to reduce the amount of toxic load your body is dealing with when you detox (well, really, all the time), and you do that by changing your diet to a diet that is conducive to the greatest success and least amount of poisons.
