It’s actually very simple.
If you are living off processed food, meal replacement bars and shakes, sugar, and caffeine, you simply are NOT going to want to get after it under the sheets. YOU WON’T EVEN BE IN THE MOOD. It’s a vicious, interconnected cycle. As the metabolism starts to break down due to lack of nutrients, your hormones fall out of whack. When this happens, you lack energy, feel grumpy and irritable, or sad and depressed. Suddenly the idea of having sex feels like WORK! This is NOT a way to LIVE!
Where did it all go wrong?
Kids, You can not expect to have a high octane vehicle when you are fueling it with kerosene and petroleum jelly.
