Getting to the WHY

Lately I have been spending a lot of time with the word WHY.  Why am I making this choice?  Why am I feeling this way?  Why am I choosing to do what I am choosing to do?  The more I marinate in this question, the more I realize just how important it is in everything we do…

If you really want to create positive results when it comes to your health, the most important question you can ask yourself is WHY.  Getting SUPER clear in your motivation is what can support you in honoring your commitments and continuing to show up.  Believe me, more important that setting an intention to be healthy is getting Razor Clear in WHY you should stay on the path.  AKA — what is your Burning Desire?

This is something I work with my clients on — helping them to understand WHY they have committed to the cleanse and to themselves.  WHY stay on the path of health and healing? 

And the answers are often the same:

– I am tired of feeling like crap and not having any energy.
– I want to wake up and feel excited about my day!
– I want to feel light in my body and have motivation to workout.
– I want to have the energy to play with my kids.
– I want to feel better about myself and the way I am taking care of myself!  

You must connect to that burning desire, and to have a crystal clear visual of what that looks like and means to you.  Only then will you truly have the dedication and commitment in challenging times and when faced with temptation.

This becomes even more important during summer months when the calendar gets packed with social invitations and commitments, and we often let our health go to the bottom of our priority list.

But check out these photos, does this look like deprivation?  These are some of the meals my Cleansers are eating.  Being clean and staying healthy is filled with a ton of choices that are delicious, satisfying, and leave you feeling AMAZING!

Being healthy is really not a sacrifice, and it is an investment!!

All you have to do is get really clear in your mind WHY you desire the outcome and what it Feels like, KNOW you are worth it, and then you commit.  Too easy!!
