It’s all about creating consistent habits that’ll stick with you through times of transformation when things get tough and you are tested. My client Sarah came to me knowing that she wasn’t doing her best in the area of self care.
She was indulging on wine and ice cream and she knew it was time to make a change, so she decided to give my 21 Cleanse a shot. She really loved the process of the detox and in the midst of it, she received news of a major illness in the family.
