The Perfect Path of Purification

Two weeks ago I completed my Master’s in Spiritual Psychology. Phew… what a ride!!

The program finished with a 7 day intensive retreat in the desert, where, for six days straight, 13 hours/day, we applied all the tools and principles we learned on ourselves and with others. You might say it was emotional boot camp on steroids, and it was totally awesome.

The Path of Purification at it’s finest….

It got me to thinking about cleansing, and the whole Path of Purification…

How the things we truly desire are right at our finger tips — but it is the physical, mental and emotional toxicity that is trapped within that keeps it from our physical world experience.

Our outer world is a reflection of our inner reality, and when we stay super clear — in our body, in our mind and in our heart – the things we desire come into creation with grace and ease.

I got hooked on Full Body Cleansing while living in India. It was here I first experienced it’s ability to not only totally reboot my system with ENERGY & VITALITY, but to also help clear unconscious mental and emotional blocks that were trapped within and keeping me in vicious cycles of self-sabotaging behavior – actually repelling from my experience the results my heart desired.

I will never forget the day I felt my cells vibrate, and literally release physical, mental and emotional suffering from within and from within the dan of my cells.

That’s how I got hooked, and it is a big part of why I created ’21’ – to bring this deep of a transformational experience for people in their daily lives so YOU CAN LIVE THE LIFE YOU ARE MEANT TO LIVE!

Believe it or not cleansing is about so much more than weight loss. Yeah everyone loses weight – and they love it — but what they love even more is personal empowerment to live their potential.

All of the things that are on the other side of physical, mental and emotional suffering.

Because what is on the other side is soooooo juicy…..

CLARITY – to know what you want so you can take action & move forward… (I often think clarity is the MOST empowering because then we know how to direct our energy)

EMPOWERMENT – the life force, confidence & courage to take action – inner strength to feel unstoppable & KNOW you can do anything. Also the trust and belief in yourself to honor yourself and your commitments.

FREEDOM – liberation from self punishment & limitation, and a lightness of being knowing Spirit has your back.

Yes, the power of cleanings all encompassing benefits that are far beyond the minds eye…

And that’s why I do what I do.

And cleansing does not have to be about starvation or deprivation.  In fact, I created a cheat sheet for you to help you make positive choices when being over powered by cravings…  Lord knows they can come on strong, and you will over power them for sure when you cleanse, but until then, I created a little cheat sheet so you can get started right away.
