(THIS COULD HELP YOU GET OFF COFFEE)
I see people struggle with toxic habits that they KNOW they need to get rid of, but that just can’t seem to let them go. The hardest part is always getting started, and that is one of the biggest benefits of my 21 Cleanse – it kickstarts you into a whole new way of being INSIDE AND OUT. Not only do you reset your body and mind, you get into a positive wellness routine and structure where you are eating well and taking care of yourself.
Coffee and wine seems to be the biggest crutches most people fear giving up when they do my detox, and I have a very simple, time tested, totally proven way to get off of them so you can start to feel better and tap into your own natural energy.
Check out this video and learn how you too can get off of your toxic addictions/ crutches, or any habit you want to change.
How often do you say to yourself, “I need to stop doing that…” or when you make the choice you really KNOW is not the best choice for you, that voice inside your head starts to eat away at you.
Breaking destructive, toxic habits is one of the biggest things most people struggle with. But there is a super simple way to change your choices – you find a healthier replacement.
My motto: You don’t break habits, you replace them. So if you want to get off the coffee, the chocolate, the wine, the first and easiest step is to find a healthier swap. This is one of the secret weapon strategies I use for my 21 Cleansers when I help them get started, and it is something I also help my coaching clients with when the are making choices that are not taking them in the direction they want to go.
For instance, I recently spoke with a chronic coffee drinker who also likes to end the day with a glass of wine. He told me that he really needs to do my detox and quit drinking coffee, but he has such a relationship with it and a ritual that goes along with it, he is really nervous about it.
Throughout our conversation he began to realize that he didn’t even really like the taste of coffee, he just liked the ritual and experience of it. It became a habit that brought him comfort, and that was actually what he was seeking.
So I shared, “You don’t break habits, you replace them.”
So we chatted and figured out an upgrade for him that he could swap it with so he still had the experience he was looking for AND making positive choices for his body and mind.
Most people focus on what they DON’T want to do, but the way to WIN is to stay focused on what you DO want to do and start to make choices that take you in that direction.
Ask yourself right now, what is the habit you most want to shake? WHat is your resistance? What is it going to take for you to start to make the better choices?
The easiest way is thru simple 3 foot tosses, so get going, because you are waiting on yourself – you are your only delay.
Good Luck! And if you need a kickstart – you can always grab my 21 Cleanse – it will get you in gear with a step by step roadmap to take you exactly where you want to go.
XOXO
